Organisations are producing more content than ever: bids; proposals; presentations; training materials; internal documentation; and everything in between. Whether that content is drafted by a human, an AI tool, or a blend of both, the same truth applies: quality depends on the foundation you build from. A well-structured content library is that foundation.
Generative AI has transformed how quickly teams can create and iterate. But speed without substance is a false economy. If your AI tools are drawing on generic, unverified, or inconsistent material, the output will reflect that - bland, inaccurate, or misaligned with your organisation's voice. A curated content library changes the equation. It gives AI something meaningful to work with:
With the right library in place, AI stops guessing and starts amplifying. It becomes a force multiplier for the knowledge you already have.
Even before AI entered the picture, high-performing teams relied on strong content libraries to streamline writing, reduce duplication, and maintain consistency. That hasn't changed. In fact, the rise of AI has made the value of human-authored libraries even clearer. A great content library supports:
The library becomes the single source of truth that underpins every piece of communication - regardless of who or what creates the first draft.
The organisations seeing the biggest gains from AI aren't the ones relying on generic prompts or public-domain knowledge. They're the ones embracing augmented AI: combining generative tools with a robust, human-curated knowledge base.
This approach preserves what makes your organisation unique - your insights, your experience, your way of solving problems - while unlocking the speed and scale that AI provides. It ensures that every output, whether AI-generated or human-written, is grounded in the same high-quality source material.
Martin, our Founder and CEO, has worked as Bid Director / Head of Bids at two of the largest HR Services and recruitment companies globally. He has also worked as a senior Bid Manager at a leading provider of skills and employability services.
At each of these companies, Martin has driven the creation of extensive content libraries; these subsequently acted as a resource on which hundreds of millions of pounds of new business was won.
Whilst each organisation had an existing resource of past bids / tenders, with case studies and policies in various formats, Martin has always been a firm believer in creating reusable content in a structured, accessible format that acts as the foundation or boilerplate for tailored customer-specific docments.
It is this same approach, drawing on his experience and expertise, that Martin is offering through our Content Library service.
slideAcross, our flagship SAAS product for multilayered interactive presentations harnesses content libraries as its primary resource to generate slide content. These slides can either be generated in advance, or mid presentation to answer audience questions.
The content libraries we create will be thoroughly checked to ensure that they work seamlessly within slideAcross to create rich slides with a blend of text and images.
What's more, we will also give you 10% of your spend through this service back to you as a voucher for slideAcross licences.
At Affirmable, we've spent years building bid libraries, content repositories, and knowledge systems that actually get used. We understand the practical realities: the governance, the workflows, the version control, the human dynamics, and the need for clarity over complexity. We help organisations:
The result is a content library that doesn't just sit on a shelf - it becomes a living asset that powers your writing, your proposals, your communications, and your AI tools.
Whilst every requirement is different and will be quoted separately, we are happy to provide indicative pricing.
Our standard service delivers 4 key documents in Microsoft Word format (with an upgrade option to publish within RFP automation software):
For a typical small to medium organisation, this service starts at £ 2,500.
There are two factors that most influence the final quotation: (1) the required size and volume of content in each document; (2) the existing maturity of content for each area. For example, we won't charge extra for biographies collected from CVs or well constructed LinkedIn profiles, but we would charge extra if we have to interview individuals to get the information. Similarly, we will charge extra if we have to write a policy from scratch rather than collate and standardise the format for existing policies.
We will be delighted to hear from you and have the opportunity to discuss a solution and provide a priced proposal.
*** You will receive a voucher equivalent to 10% of the cost to use towards slideAcross licences - with all content guaranteed to work seamlessly within slideAcross***
