iThank UK transforms the creation of thank you notes, turning them from a chore to a simple and enjoyable process. Indeed, it's not just thank you notes... party invites, save the date cards, guest tracking and much more are all managed online, on iOS (via the App Store) and on Android (via the Google Play Store).
Easily track gifts as they are received in our app and webapp. Then quickly choose or create a template and see your thank you notes come to life immediately. Choose to have them printed or send them digitally - it's your choice. You can also plan and track all parties and celebration events, right through from Save the Date Cards and invitations with guest attendance tracking and much more included.
Thank you cards needn't be a chore
- Quick track of gifts received: No need for an account or to register - simply start tracking gifts in real time as soon as they are received.
- Create and manage multiple events: Either set up an event and manage the entire process (save the dates, invites, guest tracking, thank you notes). Or restrospectively add gifts from our Quick Track function into a new event.
- Use our themes, or create your own: Every event can have a different theme, including fonts, colours and images that are used across invitations, save the date cards and thank you notes.
- Create multiple templates: Need to phrase your message differently for different guests? Perhaps some attended the party and some didn't? Or you want different templates for friends and family? No problem, create as many templates as you wish.
- Add additional comments: Want to add an additional comment to further personalise your thank you notes / cards? No worries, simply add an additional note against a gift and include a placeholder in your template. This comment will then only be visible to that particular recipient.
- Choose the output format that works for you: If you want your thank you cards printed then we will be delighted to do just that - and either send them to you or to each recipient individually. Alternatively, download the results as either PDFs or images to send digitally.

- Use AI to create imagery: Want to create your own custom theme but need some creative assistant? No worries. Tell the AI assistant want you want to create and bespoke images will be created to use in your thank you notes, invitations and save the date cards (powered by DALL·E 3)
- Choose your card format: Printing your cards? You can select to have an A6 folded card, with a front cover and the content inside. Alternatively, you can opt for a single side of A5 with all of the content in one place.
- Track guest attendance: Easily update your guests to show if they are attending or not - and download a list of all of your attendees so that you can track who is coming offline.
- Coming soon - QR Code responses: Automatically include a QR code in your invitations so that guests can immediately RSVP. You will be notified of their response and this will be tracked in the app.
- Coming soon - additional event stationery: Placecards, name badges, stickers for party bags. We will provide a range of options that will be personalised to your guests and be fully branded with your chosen theme
